Hard Money loans are a good fit for investors who need to get funding for an investment property quickly without any of the red tape that goes along with conventional bank financing.
Most hard money loans will not show up on your credit report, however, (not always) it may appear on a background check or an asset search.
Although these rates vary from one hard money lender to another, the interest rates might be anywhere between 7% to 15% annually and may be interest only. There may or may not be a prepayment penalty.
